German Style-Amber

ABV: 6.2% | IBU: 35

Crafted with 60% Munich Dark Malt, this Alt-style amber ale presents a distinctive, smooth malty flavor, harmoniously counterbalanced by a subtle bitterness derived from the interplay of German Herkules and American Mt. Hood hops. Our meticulous fermentation process leans toward the cooler end, ensuring a clean finish that allows the rich malt character to shine through.

Hoppy Pilsner

ABV: 5% | IBU: 45

This hoppy pilsner offers a delightful twist on a classic style. Crisp and light, it seamlessly blends citrus, honey, and biscuit flavors, further enhanced by a subtle floral essence from the Mosaic dry-hopping process. The result is a complex yet comforting balance, artfully uniting the charm of the old world with the freshness of the new.

Edel-Pils celebrates the glory of German Noble hops against a backdrop of the finest pilsner malt. Refreshingly classic, Edel-Pils melds a lighter body with the distinctive bitterness and aromatic qualities of Saaz and Tettnanger hops.

Nighthawk

Black Lager (schwarzbier)

Nighthawk is a German-style Schwarzbier. This easy-drinking black lager offers a clean and crisp profile, accompanied by gentle notes of dark chocolate and coffee, creating a delightful and approachable brew.

Schöner Tag®

Hefeweizen

ABV: 5% | IBU: 34

Schöner Tag, which translates to “beautiful day” in German, is our traditional unfiltered Bavarian-style hefeweizen. Crafted with an authentic German yeast strain, it yields distinct banana and clove flavors. This light and refreshing beer is perfect for “frühschoppen,” the delightful tradition of gathering with friends for food and beer before midday.

Maibock is a traditional German-style Helles Bock that joyfully celebrates the arrival of spring. This robust spring lager offers a delicately toasted and moderately sweet malt character harmoniously balanced with the spicy and floral notes of German Noble hops. Willkomen im Frühling!

MUNICH-STYLE DARK LAGER

Our Munich-style Dunkel is meticulously crafted with a strong focus on Munich-type malt and decoction mashing, bestowing this Bavarian classic with delightful flavors of caramel, chocolate, and toasted bread. Whether you savor it with hearty cuisine or opt to enjoy it in a traditional liter mass, it’s an experience worth raising your glass to. Prost!

High Street

Vienna lager

ABV: 5.4% | IBU: 30

This classic Vienna-style lager is named after the historic main street in Moorpark, CA where it is brewed. It is a reddish amber color with a malty backbone and slight sweetness complimented by a subtle spiciness from the German hops.

Foliage

Autumn Lager

ABV: 5% | IBU: 46

Crafted with German malts, our Foliage Autumn Lager boasts a captivating copper hue and a rich, full body. Complemented by American Cascade and Chinook hops, it offers a lively interplay of pine and citrus notes. While we can’t be certain if a beer like this graced the first Thanksgiving table, we believe it would have been a delightful addition!

Baltic Maple

Baltic Porter

Our Bamberg-style Rauchbier is skillfully brewed with rich beechwood-smoked malts and clean lager yeast. This beer delivers a robust, smoky flavor that’s unlike any beer you’ve experienced before. It’s the ideal complement to a juicy bacon cheeseburger, a succulent porterhouse steak, or a plate of sticky BBQ ribs.

Smoked Helles

This Bamberg-style smoked lager combines the refreshing maltiness of a helles with the smokey notes of black forst ham. Its slightly smoky flavor is perfect pairing for a backyard BBQ or a California beach bonfire.

Crystal Wheat Lager

ABV: 4.3% | IBU: 35

We brewed this refreshing wheat lager to honor and accompany the most glorious of all household chores; mowing the lawn. Hopped with a blend of Mandarina Bavaria and Tettnanger hops for earthy and fruity flavors and filtered clear for crispness. This beer may even have you pulling some weeds while you’re at it.

Our Single Hop Pilsner Series is designed to celebrate not only the hops but the relationship between the hops and simple malts in a balanced German-style pilsner.

Gladiator

Doppelbock

Gladiator is a German-style dark, robust lager, reminiscent of the beer brewed by German monks to sustain them during their Lenten fasts. This malt-forward lager is a delectable fusion of molasses, dark stone fruit, and toasted pecan flavors, with a subtle touch of residual sweetness.
